Restaurant City Tip 17: Learn recipes … After collecting ingredients you need to learn more recipes. While you can only serve one dish per course (i.e. starter, main course, dessert), each recipe is worth a different amount of gourmet points. So as you unlock and learn new recipes, you should select the one that generates the most gourmet points when served. Generally speaking the higher the recipe, the greater the gourmet points.
